Some Americans make news every Halloween for dressing up in racist costumes, but some of this year’s variety seem amplified by the campaign season.
A college football fan at Saturday’s game between the University of Wisconsin and the University of Nebraska showed up wearing a President Barack Obama mask with a noose tied around the president’s neck. The fan’s friend, sporting a mask of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, was holding the other end of the rope.
