You'll never drink alone again with this South Korean robot booze buddy

The worst thing about drinking alone is… drinking alone.

Now you can leave your #ForeverAlone days behind with this robotic drinking buddy aptly called Drinky. Created by South Korean inventor, Eunchan Park, this automatic drink machine will raise its glass to your every “cheers” and down the shot in one swift gulp.

For more interactivity, Drinky will even flash you a thumbs up as its cheeks flushes after every shot.

The best thing? Drinky can literally hold its liquor — which is stalled in a jar that makes up its body — but like any drinking buddy, has its limit. So don’t forget to empty the jar when it’s full — you can recycle the alcohol — before it starts dribbling down its chin! …

Facebook's celeb-focused Mentions app arrives on Google Play

Facebook Mentions, the special app designed just for celebrities, is now available for download from the Play Store. The app was launched back in 2014, but has only been available to iOS users until now.

As already mentioned above, ‘Mentions’ is a celeb-focused app that’s only open to those who have a verified account – usually athletes, musicians, politicians and “other influencers”. It gives users a way to share things like their status updates, photos, and videos with their followers.

Back in August last year, the social media company added a live broadcast feature to the app. As the name suggests, the feature allows users to share live video with their fans.
