Microsoft sues Kyocera over cell phones, seeks U.S. injunction

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – Microsoft Corp sued Kyocera Corp for patent infringement on Friday, alleging the Japanese company’s Duraforce, Hydro and Brigadier cell phone lines violate seven Microsoft patents.
