Moto G4 Play completes the Moto G4 Family

Lenovo announced two new Moto smartphones earlier today – the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus. Those are an upgrade over the popular Moto G3 lineup from last year and brings bigger displays, faster chipsets, and better snappers.

There is another Moto G4 phone announced shortly after those two – the Moto G4 Play. Basically, it’s last year’s Moto G3 with a refined design and it’s splash-proof.

The Moto G4 Play features a 5″ 720p display and runs on the Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2GB of RAM. The 410 chip packs a quad-core 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 306 GPU.

Here's how Kim Kardashian West ended up getting honored at the Webby Awards

At tonight’s Webby Awards, Kim Kardashian West is getting honored for what she does best: Breaking the Internet.

It’s not just a click-baiting moniker, it’s now an official category. And for the first time the Webbys has ever honored it, organizers said Kardashian served as the perfect first recipient.

“I think it hit us when we saw the interview with Vint Cerf, who we’ve honored and had at the show, talking about how it was impossible for the Internet to be broken,” David-Michel Davies, executive director of The Webby Awards, told Mashable in an email interview.

“That’s when it sort of hit us that this phrase we’ve all been using for so long, people were breaking the Internet in the late ’90s, had actually become mainstream,” Davies said. “And would be a great way of recognizing what was truly globally big in a given year.” …
