Uh, did someone leave three jumbo jets behind?
Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) wants the owners of three unclaimed Boeing 747-200F planes to come collect them.
The airport operator took out a notice on Monday in the classifieds sections of English daily The Star and Chinese paper Sin Chew, saying that the owners of the planes have 14 days to collect the aircraft. After the two weeks is up, KLIA will dispose of them or sell them to offset the expenses incurred during this period of unauthorised parking, it said in its notice.
