In The Wiz Live, Dorothy’s beloved dog is played by two recently rescued, 10-year-old cairn terriers named Scooter and Ralphie. Toto appeared in the opening number — and, since the tornado, has been AWOL. So, WHERE IS TOTO, NBC?
