Youth tries to rape 4-yr-old, inflicts cigarette burns

A 19-year-old youth inflicted burn injuries with cigarette on a 4-year-old girl and attempted to rape her near Tiruchi on Thursday. The kid, studying in LKG, was rescued by her mother and admitted to the government hospital.
