CWG scam: Jaipal Reddy defends Emaar-MGF bailout

Defending DDA's financial package of Rs 760 crore to Emaar-MGF, urban development minister Jaipal Reddy on Thursday said it was given to the private builder to ensure timely completion of the Games Village project.
