Pakistan to hike defence budget to Rs 448 billion

The Pakistan government has decided to hike defence spending for 2010-11 to Rs 448 billion(Rs 24,835 crore in Indian currency), marking an increase of Rs 105 billion(Rs 5,821 crore in Indian currency)over the outlay for the current fiscal.
