Acting on a petition seeking emergent steps to bring back around 40 youths from Punjab, which were sent to Iraq by unscrupulous travel agents and now forced to clear battlefield there, the Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday issued notice to the ministry of external affairs (MEA) asking them to file reply on the issue.
