Donald Trump released a video statement shortly after midnight Saturday, in which he responded to the controversy surrounding the release of an audio recording of him making lewd comments about women.
In the clip, he says he “I was wrong, and I apologize.” But he also uses it as an opportunity to attack Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Trump’s statement followed the publication Friday by the Washington Post of tape from 2005 that saw him use obscene language to describe how he interacts with women.
In the clip, which was filmed ahead of his cameo on Days of Our Lives, he’s heard telling Billy Bush from Access Hollywood how he tried to sleep with a married woman. “I moved on her like a bitch,” he says. He later tells Bush he is “automatically attracted to beautiful women.” …
