In Russia, the road can be stolen right out from under you, apparently.
The Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained the acting deputy chief of the federal prison service, Alexander Protopopov, for allegedly stealing a 30-mile stretch of highway in the northern Komi Republic, according to Russia’s Investigative Committee, the country’s version of the FBI.
