Three Virginia police officers repeatedly used their stun guns on a man who later died in their custody, a newly surfaced video shows.
The video, from an in incident in 2013, shows the South Boston, Virginia officers repeatedly shocking then-46-year-old Linwood R. Lambert, Jr. as he ran from a police cruiser and again when he was restrained in the squad car’s back seat.

Lambert later died while in police custody. In April, his family filed a $25 million lawsuit against the police officers and the town, alleging unlawful arrest and using “excessive, unreasonable and deadly force.” …
