A former FERC Chairman just got dinged last week for wrongly disclosing nonpublic information. In a quiet “management alert,” the Inspector General (IG) for the Department of Energy, Gregory H. Friedman, laid out the sin of the former Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Jon Wellinghoff.
