KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare Bhd, Asia’s largest hospital operator by stock market value, has scrapped its proposal to buy Singapore’s Radlink-Asia Pte Ltd for 346.53 million ringgit ($93.31 million).
