Ex-Army man used personal unlicensed rifle to kill Chennai teen: CB-CID

The CB-CID of Tamil Nadu police confirmed on Sunday that a retired army officer Lt Col K Ramaraj had killed the 13-year-old Chennai teen K Dilson from his first floor balcony. The army officer has been arrested.
