Mirwaiz urges Obama to help hold 3-way talks

Describing his faction of the Hurriyat as pro-resolution, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Sunday sought US president Barack Obama’s help in facilitating a tripartite dialogue involving India, Pakistan and Kashmir.
