Open to talks on rollback of fuel hike: Pranab

Pranab Mukherjee has said he is 'open to a discussion' on a rollback of the hike in duties on fuels with Cong's allies. Allies like the Trinamool Congress and the DMK have strongly protested against the rise in fuel prices.
