Toxic waste on US ship: Gujarat panel

The Gujarat Pollution Control Board has admitted that Platinum II contains more than 20 MT of Poly Chlorinated Bi-Phenyls. India lacks the technology to destroy PCBs and that makes the docking of the ship illegal.
